Dear Parents and Community Members,
Hello and welcome to Charles E. Bennett Elementary School. I am very excited to be leading this tremendous school with such a dynamic staff, stellar students, and supportive parents and community members.
Our motto this year is: Growing Seeds of Character, Excellence, and Belief. Students are challenged and rewarded every day in this rich learning environment. In addition to the core subject areas of reading, writing, math, science, and social studies, students have the opportunity to participate in art, music, PE, technology and media.
Families and community members are so important to our success at Charles E. Bennett.. We encourage our parents to get involved in their child’s education. Be sure to communicate with your child’s teacher if you have any questions or concerns. We are in this together!
I am so honored to be a part of this school and district. Thank you to all our staff, parents, and community members who make each day meaningful for the students we serve. Together, we are preparing our students to be leaders in the 21st century.
Sincerely,
Dr. Sheree’ Cagle

Assistant Principal, Christina Hiers
Dear Parents and Community Members:
I am very excited to be the new Assistant Principal at Charles E Bennett Elementary. The last two years I have worked as the instructional coach at CEB and welcome the new challenges of this role. I am looking forward to working with the students, staff and community at CEB.
At Charles E. Bennett, we strive to help our students become lifelong learners. We encourage and welcome parents to be actively involved in your child's education. We also encourage parents to become an active member of our School Advisory Council (SAC) . This is a great way to be involved and have input in the school.
I have over 30 years of experience in education, working as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, district specialist, assistant principal and principal. I have worked in many different learning environments in both Flagler and Duval County before coming to Clay County.
I have one son who graduated from Oakleaf High Schoo’s AICE program. He also graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Biomedical Science. He is currently applying for pharmacy school.
I am honored to be part of the CEB family and Clay County. Thank you for your continued encouragement and support with your child’s education.
Sincerely,
Christina Hiers
